What's the $50 / month deal, really?
Exactly what it says: $50 a month for any size spot we offer, with a three-month minimum. After that you're month-to-month , keep the spot as long as you'd like, leave whenever you'd like.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a small refundable deposit covers the gate code and any end-of-stay tidy-up. We'll go over the exact amount on your call.
What can I store here?
RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers, 5th wheels, toy haulers, boats on trailers, cargo trailers, work vans, and most equipment. Give us a call if you've got something unusual, we'll figure it out.
Do I need to be there to access my rig?
Nope. You get a personal gate code that works 24 / 7. Pull in Friday night, head out Saturday morning, come back Sunday, on your schedule.
Do you offer covered storage?
Right now all of our spots are open-air on a gravel pad. If covered storage is something you're after, let us know, we're tracking demand for a future phase.
How do I reserve a spot?
Call the owner at (505) 470-4971 or shoot us a note from the Contact page. We'll confirm your spot, set a time to walk the lot, and you'll be parked before you know it.
